sofitel london exceeded my expectations. the location was perfect, staff were kind and welcoming, and the bed was comfortable. the herbal tea every night was a lovely touch and linda's service stood out.

They even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne in our room upon our arrival. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was conveniently located near many popular attractions and restaurants.
