southernhay guest house exceeded my expectations during this short visit. the recently refurbished rooms were of a high standard, and the breakfast was varied and plentiful. the location was convenient, with shops nearby and a straightforward walk to bournemouth town centre.

Slight odor in the room.

The room was spotless and had all the amenities we needed - comfy bed, tea and coffee facilities, and a big screen TV. The owner even offered vegetarian options for breakfast, which was a thoughtful gesture. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and high street with plenty of restaurants. We highly recommend this place for a personal and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The guest house is conveniently located, with easy walking access to local shops, restaurants, and the beach. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing excellent customer service. The breakfast is plentiful and nicely cooked and presented. the guest house offers amenities such as a spacious driveway for car parking and WiFi with good speed.

Nothing it is perfect.

The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The highlight was the delicious breakfast, cooked to perfection and served with a smile. The owners were friendly and made us feel right at home. The location was convenient for exploring the area and we loved the peaceful atmosphere. we highly recommend this lovely guest house for a wonderful stay.

I had an amazing stay at Southernhay. the room was incredibly clean and the bed was so comfortable. the bathroom was spotless with an excellent shower. the location was perfect, within walking distance of great restaurants. the breakfast was delicious and although there was no buffet, it was still a great experience. Darren and Nelia were extremely nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

I had an amazing time at the guest house! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach through the beautiful chime. The cleanliness was top-notch, the room and bathroom were spotless. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.
