We had a wonderful time at a great hotel! The communal dining room was perfect for breakfast and meeting other guests. Our room was cozy and the bed was comfortable. The hotel's cleanliness and location were top-notch. We'll definitely be back! highly recommended!

The room was sweltering with no AC and limited ventilation, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Poor sound insulation, as I could hear every word from the neighboring room.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful, showing us to our room and answering all of our questions. The room itself exceeded our expectations, being bigger than we had anticipated. The hotel was also very clean, neat, and tidy, making for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The location was also a major bonus, with easy access to public transportation and affordable Uber rides to nearby attractions.

One drawback of our stay was that the walls were quite thin, making it easy to hear noise from other guests and the street outside. However, it wasn't too disruptive and we were still able to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel had a perfect location, close to the beach and a great pub. , the room was spotless and comfortable, with a TV that provided plenty of channels to enjoy during my stay. Another advantage was the kitchen facility, where I could prepare tea and coffee in the morning without having to leave my room.

The room did not offer any drinking facilities that made it necessary to go to the communal kitchen for an early morning cuppa. there were some maintenance issues, as the shower room did not seem to have been cleaned regularly and we had to contact management to receive fresh towels.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, just a couple of minutes walk from the seafront, allowing for easy access to the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms, although on the lower ground floor, were clean and provided basic amenities. Despite the small window that only opened 5 inches wide, the room had a king-size bed which ensured a comfortable stay. Additionally, breakfast was available, allowing guests to start their day off right.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic.

Additionally, there are local shops nearby, making it convenient for any essentials you may need during your stay. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The lack of air conditioning in some rooms can make the temperature uncomfortable, especially during hot days.

Lovely room, spotlessly clean, new furnishings. Shared shower room was also clean. Quiet location with easy access to tea and coffee downstairs. Communal area downstairs is lovely. Room had a fan for temperature control. a clean and friendly place to stay.

I loved how close the hotel was to the promenade, just a couple of minutes walk from the seafront. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were basic but had everything I needed, including a mirror in the bedroom and a private bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying.

The only thing that could be improved was the television. It seemed to have some technical issues, turning on and changing channels on its own.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the promenade and the beach. This made it easy for me to enjoy the attractions on the beach, such as the aquarium. Additionally, there was a "high street" just a 15-minute walk away, where I found a variety of restaurants and shops. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, making my experience even more enjoyable. The hotel was also newly renovated and very clean, which made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my stay.

Great stay at Southsea Rocks! Loved the communal dining room and comfy sofas downstairs where my daughter and I could eat breakfast and make friends. The big fridge in the dining room was a bonus for storing our yogurt. Room 14 was cozy and the bed was comfy. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit. Loved it!

Would recommend this hotel. Beds were creaky and noisy, and the walls were thin.
