Everything was spot on.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and made to feel right at home. The location was perfect, not far from the beach and with easy access to public transportation.

Although the parking was free, it was a bit inconvenient as I got blocked in and had to ask others to move their cars. Additionally, the TV could use an update as there were only a few channels available.

As women travelling alone, we felt comfortable and safe at this modern and very clean guest house. Maria, the owner, was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was fresh and beautifully presented in a clean and comfortable dining area.

It was our first seaside holiday in England in about 13 years, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was superb, just a short walk to the Esplanade. Breakfast was delicious, and we especially appreciated the addition of fans in our room on those warm nights. a fantastic place to stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this guest house near the sea. It was so close to the beach that I could easily pop back whenever I wanted. The room I stayed in was of a high standard, clean and pleasant. The owner was very helpful and accommodating to my needs. The breakfast provided was amazing, with a great variety of options. The location right on the seafront was perfect for enjoying the beautiful views. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The WiFi signal was weak in my room due to its distance from the router.

The warm welcome upon our arrival was a great start to our romantic weekend break. the cozy room had a comfortable bed that was perfect for a peaceful night's sleep and the breakfast was not only tasty but also had a good variety of options to choose from. the location was superb as it was close to everything we needed, yet still in a peaceful area. Plus, the small parking area made it really convenient as we didn't have to struggle to find a parking spot.

There's honestly nothing that we can complain about. the only minor issue we had was the water pressure of the shower, but it didn't stop us from having a refreshing shower.
