Had a fantastic Easter weekend at this cozy guest house. the reception was warm and inviting, making us feel right at home. the room was clean and comfortable with a small portable fridge provided, perfect for keeping our wine chilled. the location was ideal, just a short walk from the esplanade and easily accessible to the town. the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options made from local ingredients. a wonderful experience that we would highly recommend to others.

They keep the rooms stocked with tea, coffee, biscuits, and even toffees, adding a nice touch to the hospitality. The hotel's location is fantastic, being right next to the beach and a short walk away from the harbor and shops/restaurants. Despite its proximity to attractions, it is situated in a quiet area, making it perfect for a peaceful getaway.

It was our first seaside holiday in England in about 13 years, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was superb, just a short walk to the Esplanade. Breakfast was delicious, and we especially appreciated the addition of fans in our room on those warm nights. a fantastic place to stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this guest house near the sea. It was so close to the beach that I could easily pop back whenever I wanted. The room I stayed in was of a high standard, clean and pleasant. The owner was very helpful and accommodating to my needs. The breakfast provided was amazing, with a great variety of options. The location right on the seafront was perfect for enjoying the beautiful views. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The WiFi signal was weak in my room due to its distance from the router.

The warm welcome upon our arrival was a great start to our romantic weekend break. the cozy room had a comfortable bed that was perfect for a peaceful night's sleep and the breakfast was not only tasty but also had a good variety of options to choose from. the location was superb as it was close to everything we needed, yet still in a peaceful area. Plus, the small parking area made it really convenient as we didn't have to struggle to find a parking spot.

There's honestly nothing that we can complain about. the only minor issue we had was the water pressure of the shower, but it didn't stop us from having a refreshing shower.
