We loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The room was incredibly spacious and had a lovely balcony where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The bathroom was also big and clean, adding to our level of comfort. The location of this hotel was perfect for us, as it was tucked away in a quiet countryside setting, providing the tranquility we were seeking. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to notable sites, such as Loch Ness, made it a convenient base for our sightseeing adventures.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

I absolutely loved my stay at Springburn Lodge! The lodge is beautifully located and provides a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The rooms are exceptional, spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. The lodge itself, as well as the outside area, is stunning and it's clear that a lot of effort has been put into creating a beautiful environment. The swimming pool is a great addition, and the fact that you can have it to yourself is fantastic. The host, John, was welcoming and helpful, ensuring that everything was well-organized. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. I really hope to stay at Springburn Lodge again in the future.

Our stay at Springburn Lodge was truly amazing. The room with a balcony was absolutely stunning and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was luxurious, with a 3-way shower and a heated floor. We felt like royalty. The entrance of the lodge was beautiful and gave us a warm welcome. The breakfast provided was lovely and the dining room was well-spaced out, ensuring our safety. We appreciated the contactless key pick-up and drop-off process. The lodge grounds were also fabulous, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

We had great value for our money at this hotel. The room was fantastic with a spacious balcony and a well-decorated interior. The location was perfect for us, away from the city center, and the staff treated us warmly and went out of their way to accommodate our requests.

The breakfast option could have been improved with more variety and inclusion of some fruits.

It was such a quiet and relaxing place, perfect for families. the pool was great, with long opening hours so we never had to wait. the rooms were immaculate, finished to a high standard, and very reasonably priced. the breakfast exceeded our expectations for the price of the room. the owners were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in every way. We couldn't have wished for a better place to stay and will definitely be going back. 👍

The staff was friendly and welcoming, always available if needed. Despite a minor issue with the shower, the facilities were well-maintained. The included breakfast, though limited in choices, was decent. It was truly a treat to sit by the pool on hot days. We'll definitely return.

Heavy bedding was not to my preference. No glasses and no bottle of drinking water in the room.

this retreat in beauly exceeded our expectations. from the gorgeous views and lovely room to the friendly staff and thoughtful birthday surprise, every moment was perfect. we can't wait to come back.

Lovely rooms with beautiful views and spacious layout. the tea/coffee provided in the rooms was a nice touch.

Dislikes/worst aspects:

The breakfast was okay although not very varied. the bed was comfortable and the towels very clean. the room had a nice ambiance and the staff was helpful. the hotel was conveniently located near the town center and had a pool.

The facilities in the room were not up to standard. the showerhead had mold, the toilet ran and was noisy.
