our recent stay in blackpool far exceeded our expectations. everything about the hotel, from the modern reception area to the clean rooms and comfortable beds, was impressive. the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure we had a smooth check-in experience. overall, we had a fantastic and memorable holiday at this hotel.

One small thing was missing, though.

We especially liked the convenient location, as we could walk to all the important spots without worrying about transportation. the hotel had a great selection of food, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. Finally, the staff was always friendly and accommodating, which made us feel welcomed.

The hot water wasn't working, and hardly any water came out, which made showering impossible. the shower rail even fell on my friend, which was dangerous.

The staff was helpful and friendly, offering assistance with luggage and providing recommendations. a great place to stay.
