The location of the hotel is absolutely stunning, with Bamburgh Castle practically in the backyard. The view is breathtaking and adds an enchanting touch to the overall experience. Each room is beautifully decorated and features a spacious, comfortable king-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. the en-suite bathrooms, two of which have baths, provide a touch of luxury. The house itself is spacious and well-designed, accommodating large groups without feeling cramped.

The cleanliness left much to be desired. Some of the rooms were not properly cleaned, with dirty sinks and rubbish in the bins.

The value for money at Castle View in Bamburgh was exceptional. The room was comfortable with a beautiful view of the castle. The location was unbeatable, and the staff treated us like royalty.

Breakfast delights, just a larger teapot would have made it perfect.
