our stay at st andrews house b&b exceeded our expectations! after a previous visit to lyme regis, we decided to try out a bed and breakfast and we're so glad we did. the hosts, jon and fi, were amazing and fulfilled all our special requests for our anniversary. the homemade omelette and veg sausage were delicious and made with homegrown ingredients. plus, the views over lyme bay were stunning! we'll definitely be back.

The parking area was easy to access, located in pleasant surroundings and offered off-road facilities. The atmosphere was quiet and tranquil, perfect for a relaxing stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with clean and well-maintained bathrooms. The hosts were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience. The breakfast was satisfying, served with a warm and welcoming touch.

We found that there was a lack of seating options in the reception area, which made waiting a bit uncomfortable.
