our stay at st andrews house exceeded our expectations- the staff were incredibly friendly, the cooked breakfast was just like being at home, and they were very accommodating with special requests. the overall experience was perfect, and we can't wait to visit again!

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Lancashire. the location was excellent - just a short stroll away from the marina and close to main roads, making it easy to find. Despite being on a main road, it was surprisingly quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Secondly, the staff were very friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were attentive and went out of their way to assist with any requests or queries. Lastly, the hotel offered great value for money, with reasonable prices for the quality of the rooms and amenities provided. I was impressed with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

All in all, everything was fine during my stay.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing! They had a wide variety of food to choose from, including a buffet with continental options and a hot selection of rolls, sausage, bacon, and eggs. The self-service tea and coffee was a nice touch, and the percolate coffee they served was delicious. Another great aspect was the location. The hotel was conveniently located near parking facilities, making it easy to access. Plus, it was free for guests, which was a bonus. Lastly, the staff were friendly and accommodating. They even changed our room to the first floor to assist with my mobility issues.

While I enjoyed my stay overall, there were a few downsides. the stairs and steps in the hotel were difficult to navigate, especially for someone with mobility issues.

The location of this hotel is perfect, situated in a quiet area not far from the centre of town. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast offered a variety of options to choose from. we were pleased with the facilities and the convenience of the hotel.

It is worth mentioning that some of the communal areas appeared to be a bit shabby.

The breakfast and the shower were really good, and the staff was friendly. Although it was on a busy street, it was easy to access nearby activities.

The room was small and noisy, and the bed was uncomfortable. The room was also poorly cleaned and the towels had holes.
