What a gem!! A truly unusual B&B with so many artifacts on display. We were made very welcome with tea in the drawing room before being shown to our amazing room which consisted of bedroom, dressing room, and en-suite. The building and hosts are impressive, and the breakfast is the best we've had elsewhere.

The bed was cozy, the shower powerful, and we felt truly rested during and after our stay. Paul and Stephen took the time to share the history of the house and engage in interesting conversations. We can't wait to visit again and experience their hospitality!

It's worth mentioning that some guests mentioned the noise from slamming fire doors, and it would have been nice to have a shower head in the bathroom. But these minor drawbacks did not detract from our overall wonderful experience.

The breakfast was outstanding, with a full cooked breakfast as well as cereals and fresh fruit on offer. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were attentive and welcoming. The location was ideal, close to the sea and within walking distance of interesting restaurants and independent stores in St Leonard's.
