We had a lovely stay at a comfortable caravan in St Helens. The location was peaceful and the staff were friendly. The caravan was clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. The small swimming pool on site was a nice bonus. Despite a few minor flaws, overall I would recommend this resort.

Our recent stay in a caravan was amazing! the central heating made us feel like we were in a home away from home. the caravan was spotlessly clean and came equipped with modern appliances. the location was perfect and well connected to the rest of the city. the local pub was only a five-minute walk away, and we thoroughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere there. the pool and playground were great amenities for families with children.

We had to sit next to reception in the dark to get good signal. It was quite inconvenient as we were staying in different cabins and didn't want to disturb our children's sleep.

I had a wonderful stay at St Helens Coastal Resort. The staff were extremely welcoming and went above and beyond to help me with any information I needed. The accommodation was spotless, and the hot tub was a nice touch. The location was perfect, with shops and a pub just a two-minute walk away. I highly recommend staying at this resort.

One drawback was the limited pool hours, as it closed at 5 pm. It would have been nice if it was open later, especially during the summer.

The location of this coastal resort was fantastic, with easy access to the beachfront just a short drive away. We had a great time hiring SUPs and Kayaks and enjoying the crystal-clear waters. Another advantage was the spacious balcony in our accommodation, where we could soak up the sun while enjoying drinks and food. the amenities provided in the kitchen, including tableware and cleaning supplies, were also appreciated.

It would have been helpful if the resort advertised pictures of the different lodging options, as it was hard to know what to expect. the cleanliness of the caravan left a lot to be desired, with rusty bins and radiators, dirty utensils in the kitchen, and no tea towel or washing-up liquid provided.

The lodge we stayed in was perfect for our romantic escape. It had a spacious living area and two good sized bedrooms, one of which had an en-suite bathroom. the lodge was well equipped with modern appliances and had a lovely deck where we could enjoy meals and drinks. the resort itself was in a quiet location, away from major roads, and had its own outdoor swimming pool which we enjoyed using.

One minor issue was the lack of hooks to hang our towels in the bathroom. It would have been helpful to have had some.

I recently stayed at St Helens Coastal Resort for a weekend getaway with friends and had an amazing time. The resort is spotlessly clean and the staff are absolutely lovely. The location was perfect for exploring the island, and we were able to enjoy activities like horse riding, bike riding, and visiting the beautiful beaches. The cabins were comfortable and seemed new, with comfortable beds and a nice hot tub on the terrace. The staff were very helpful and quickly resolved any issues we had. it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely choose to stay at the resort again.

Massive, central heated caravan with full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and oven. Nice size smart TV and parking directly outside. Well situated for travel around the island, a walk away from a shop and close to bus stops and a pub.

The room amenities, such as the heating, sitting area, and dining table, were top-notch and added to the overall comfort of my stay. I also appreciated the free toiletries and the convenience of having a washing machine and cookware/kitchen utensils available. The flat-screen TV and outdoor dining area were nice touches, allowing me to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The staff provided free Wi-Fi in public areas and free parking, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The requirement to book a slot for the outdoor pool was inconvenient, especially when we wanted to be spontaneous. the hot tub design was flawed, making it difficult for older guests to use and access the controls.

It was a great bonus to have a hot tub, and the quiet location was perfect. We were not far from the beach, pub, and post office, which made it very convenient. the reception staff were extremely friendly and checked in on us to ensure everything was okay. the groundsmen were also very friendly and took care of the hot tub maintenance daily. We even had the pleasure of seeing red squirrels in the trees, which was a lovely sight.
