Great location, close to public transportation and within walking distance to various attractions. the staff was exceptional, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the rooms were nicely appointed with comfortable beds and pillows.

Noise disturbance due to construction work and uneven road grids nearby, affecting the quality of sleep. Limited facilities on Sundays and Mondays.

I recently stayed at a hotel in London and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, tucked away but still close to excellent shopping and entertainment. The hotel had a wonderful art deco feel, which I absolutely loved. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist me when needed. The room was comfortable and luxurious, providing a secure and safe environment for a solo traveler like myself. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting London.

The location of the hotel was great, with key landmarks and attractions within easy walking distance. Additionally, the hotel allowed me to check, in early, which was a convenient and pleasant surprise.

On the downside, the check, in experience was not very welcoming, as the staff member appeared to be in a bad mood. the room itself was also disappointing, as it was smaller than expected for a luxury hotel.

The value for money was a bit on the pricey side, but overall the room was lovely with clean furnishings and an elegant bathroom. The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short walk away from the Ritz and a vibrant hub of restaurants and theaters. I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. I didn't need to rely on taxis or the tube as I could easily walk to all the major tourist attractions like Buckingham Palace and Regent Street. The room was impeccably clean and I was grateful that they gave me a quiet room, as I needed peace and quiet for work. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the warm weather. The bistro had a great atmosphere and the food was delicious. They even had gluten-free options, including amazing rolls for dinner. The room itself was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. everything was clean, tidy, and attractive.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, just off a famous street in the heart of Theatre Land. There are plenty of restaurants, pubs, and fun activities nearby. The rooms are beautiful, well-maintained, and spacious. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast included in our stay was substantial and excellent.
