Traveling for one night, I had a superb stay at this hotel. Immaculately clean room and en suite, warm welcome with a cup of tea, overflowing hospitality tray, and excellent breakfast. £63 for a double room with free parking. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended!

What a fantastic experience! During our Christmas stay, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely amazing with a wide variety of choices and piping hot food. We especially loved the special attention given to our little one, with their own special cutlery and crockery.

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike about our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations.

This hotel is conveniently located close to everything you could want to see in Scarborough. Whether you want to explore the town centre or visit the beautiful North Bay, it's all within easy reach. The rooms are comfortable and the beds are very cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the attention to detail, such as the tray full of free snacks in the room. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide range of choices including a delicious breakfast bar.

The service is excellent, and the owners are very friendly. The room is comfortable and clean, with a good TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The location is great, very close to the seafront and plenty of pubs and restaurants. The breakfast is fantastic, with a wide selection to choose from.

One issue is that it can be hard to make a reservation due to the high number of good reviews. However, if you manage to book a room, this guesthouse is great.

As young people, we loved the amazing hospitality of the owners, Glyn and Dee. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were very helpful with recommendations and ideas for things to do in the area. The breakfast pack they provided was a great touch, with plenty of choices to suit everyone's taste. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, and the coffee and tea tray had an impressive selection. We will definitely be returning to this place in the future, as we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Scarborough.
