The room was beautiful, with a lovely view over the park. The hotel itself is a charming, historic building full of English charm. The location is fantastic, close to the underground and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The adjustable thermometer in the room and plenty of hot water were great amenities. We also enjoyed a delicious English breakfast at the hotel restaurant. we had a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

We did experience some minor drawbacks during our stay. Our room was next to the elevator, which caused some noise disruptions during the night and early morning.

The hotel is conveniently located in close proximity to Notting Hill area, right on Hammersmith Road next to a bus station. It is also within walking distance to the tube, making it easily accessible for exploring the city. Additionally, the hotel is situated next to a lovely garden, providing a peaceful atmosphere to unwind after a long day of work or sightseeing.

There were some minor issues with the furniture being tatty and the lock on the bathroom door being broken, but it did not greatly impact the overall experience at the hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a convenient location with great transport links. I found the staff to be very friendly and efficient. They were always ready to help immediately with any requests. The hotel amenities including free Wi-Fi, a lovely garden area, and a leisure facility were very high-quality. My room was spacious and had great features like an electric kettle, air conditioning, and a flat-screen television. I was impressed by the staff on how to deliver excellent customer service. They clearly had great training and made me feel very welcome.

There were a few aspects that could be improved upon. the food quality was not up to par, with the breakfast being too greasy and the chicken caesar salad in the evening not being great.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The location was perfect, being near to everything and in the famous main square. It was just a short walk from the city center. The apartment was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities we needed. The host was friendly and welcoming, providing fresh fruit, water, and wine upon arrival. The air conditioning was excellent, keeping us comfortable during our stay.
