I had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel. The building itself is simply amazing, with a mix of modern design and a feeling of pure luxury. The rooms were tastefully decorated and the bed was seriously comfortable. The bathrooms were incredible and the grounds were absolutely stunning. I couldn't believe the hidden treasures I discovered throughout the hotel. It felt like nowhere was off-limits. The staff provided excellent service, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The location of this hotel was also perfect, with beautiful views from my room. I can't recommend this place enough!

The decor, grounds, and breakfast were all excellent. the hotel has a peaceful and comfortable ambiance, and we were impressed by the attention to detail and friendly yet unintrusive staff. the bed and bed linen were superb, and the walk-in shower and toiletries were top-notch. the hotel is situated in a beautiful countryside setting with stunning views of the Malvern hills. Exploring the Abbey and Bell Tower added to the overall charm and historical appeal of the place.
