The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay a pleasant one. the room I stayed in was very comfortable, with a cozy bed and clean facilities. I also enjoyed the delicious food offered at the hotel, especially the mouth-watering turkey and mushroom pie. the location of the hotel was convenient, with key attractions and restaurants within easy reach.

One downside of my stay was the view from my window, as there was an ugly building across the road. However, I understand that this is beyond the hotel's control.

I had a great stay at Station Hotel in Dudley. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for working at the desk. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from check-in to the bar. The shower was powerful and hot, and I appreciated the complimentary toiletries. The coffee was good and there was plenty of food available for breakfast. I would recommend this hotel for business travelers like myself.

Ruby, who took care of the bar, food ordering, and serving, as well as the restaurant, was exceptional. Chris was also very nice and helpful. the staff in general were friendly, informative, and professional. the bed was comfortable and the bedding clean. the location, although on a busy road, was convenient for visiting the Black Country Museum. the hotel itself, while in need of refurbishment, offered good value for money and made for an acceptable two-night stay. the building itself had lovely old features and our family room was spacious with two very comfy double beds. There was plenty of room for all of our stuff. the towels were lovely and fluffy and the temperature of the room was just right. the hotel provided a pleasant experience and I would definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel is in a great location, close to everything. It is opposite the zoo and near the town centre. The rooms are comfortable and clean, providing a good view from the second floor. The staff is helpful and the breakfast is really very good. The hotel also has a quirky charm, retaining a taste of the past with its individuality and welcoming atmosphere.

We had a romantic escape at this hotel and it was absolutely delightful. the staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. the room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a cozy getaway. the location was great too, with plenty of nearby attractions and restaurants to explore. Plus, the hotel offered free parking and complimentary Wi-Fi, which was a nice bonus. it was a wonderful experience.

That the hotel could use some updating. the decor was a bit outdated and could use a fresh coat of paint.
