The waterfront location of the apartment was a great advantage, with the seafront lined with charming old fishermen's cottages. The shared back garden and the close proximity to the harbour allowed for easy access to the beautiful scenery. the apartment had two en-suite bedrooms, providing convenience for larger groups.

The uncomfortable beds in room 2 were a drawback.

Free WiFi with sea views, close to University of the Highlands and Islands. A garden, tennis court, and water sports facilities available, and a children's playground for the little ones. Towels and bed linen provided for a good night's sleep. Cons: Dead flies never fail to add charm to any accommodation.

The apartment was clean and well-stocked with all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, with a convenient shop and chippie just a short walk away. We also loved the proximity to the new play park and sports area, which the kids thoroughly enjoyed. Another bonus was the spaciousness of the apartment, with a large living room, dining room, and a beautiful conservatory with access to a shared garden. The kitchen was massive and well-equipped, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and tidy.

One inconvenience was that the dining area was located at the opposite end of the flat from the kitchen. It would have been helpful to have a food trolley to transport meals back and forth.

The value for money at Black Isle Holiday Apartments was excellent. The room was clean, spacious, and well-furnished, making our stay comfortable. The location was great, with easy access to amenities and beautiful waterfront views. The staff, especially Lorraine, were friendly and quick to respond to any inquiries. They even allowed us to bring our dog at no extra cost.

The morning meal could have been improved with some breakfast options included.
