We had a great stay at these lovely apartments in a fantastic location near the sea. The apartment was comfortable and spotlessly clean. We especially appreciated the outdoor seating area for enjoying a coffee or glass of wine. Communication with the host, Jane, was friendly and helpful.

One specific situation that happened to us was a slight inconvenience with the check-in process. The instructions for the key lock box were missing, but the owner promptly came to let us in.

If you're a nature lover like me, Stay Coastal is the perfect place to stay. The location is ideal, just a short stroll to the beach where you can connect with nature and enjoy stunning views. Plus, it's close enough to the town center to walk and have access to several good restaurants. The room is tastefully decorated and finished to a high standard, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The bathroom is modern, and the staff is super helpful and accommodating.

Although the hotel offers a delightful stay, the doors throughout the property tend to slam shut quickly and loudly, which can be a bit noisy when other guests are coming and going.

We, a couple with 2 dogs, stayed at Stay Coastal for two nights and could have happily stayed longer. The location was excellent, with lovely walks along the promenade and beaches, and many pubs, cafes, and shops within a few minutes' walk. The bedroom and ensuite were very clean, spacious, and modern. The shower was absolutely amazing, warm, and powerful. The bed was large and very comfortable. The apartment was spacious enough for us and the dogs, with all our belongings. The kitchen area had everything we needed, and the little outdoor area was extremely handy. Whitley Bay and Tynemouth were both lovely and very clean, with beaches all the way along and plenty of places to eat and drink.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Stay Coastal Whitley Bay is in a prime location for a seaside getaway. It is close to all amenities and within walking distance of the town centre. The hotel is conveniently situated right on the beach, perfect for relaxing walks or sunbathing. there are several good restaurants nearby, ensuring plenty of dining options. The rooms are comfortable, with beds that guarantee a good night's sleep. Guests appreciate the modern decor and cleanliness, making their stay enjoyable. The key pad system allows for easy check-in, and the staff is very helpful and responsive.

The toilet is a bit tight to access behind the door, which could be improved with a folding door or one that opens outwards.

Spent a fabulous weekend with my son in a clean and safe place. the room was spotless and the coffee provided was a nice touch. the hotel is conveniently located near the beach and within walking distance of great dining options. the staff were very kind and helpful, providing us with local information before our trip.

The room was amazing, very clean and well-maintained. It had everything I needed, like a fridge, microwave, and sink. the extra touches, like the cafetiere and local coffee, were greatly appreciated. the staff were also very helpful and accommodating, allowing me an early arrival and late departure without any extra charges. the location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, shops, and the Metro station. And the best part was being able to see the sea from my room!

That there was no table or chairs in the room, which would have been helpful. the outside area could have been better maintained as there was some litter around the entrance.

My recent stay at Stay Coastal in Whitley Bay was absolutely delightful. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a modern decor that added a touch of elegance. The bathroom and shower were fabulous, providing a luxurious experience. The double bed and two singles were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I appreciated the double socket at each bed, eliminating any charging issues for our devices. The keypad entry system was convenient and hassle-free. Additionally, the room was equipped with two TVs, complete with Netflix and YouTube access, making our evenings entertaining. The WiFi connection was excellent throughout our stay. The room layout was well-designed, making great use of the space, and there was plenty of storage available.

There was no direct contact with the owners, as the key was in a box outside. This made the experience a bit impersonal, although I understand it is a more efficient way of doing things.
