The studio at Stayo Kew Gardens was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a washing machine. The location was convenient for visiting Kew Gardens and had good access to transportation to explore other parts of London. The balcony provided a nice outdoor space to relax. The late checkout at 11 am was also appreciated.

It would have been helpful to have clearer instructions and a more user-friendly guest portal. The lack of parking instructions and the unexpected charge for parking were also drawbacks.

The location of Stayo Kew Gardens was a bit challenging to find, especially if you're not driving. The walk from Gunnersbury station was quite long and involved walking under a dark overhead car road and around a busy roundabout. Additionally, there was a strong smell of weed in the area.

The property itself was new and had new equipment. It was clean, but there were some minor issues such as a blocked toilet washbasin sink and a lack of wash-up liquid and dishcloths in the kitchen.

The apartment was slick, clean, and stylish, with all the necessary amenities like a dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine. the location was great, just a short stroll to the tube station and main transit roads. Plus, being close to Kew Gardens was a definite bonus.

I had to send copies of my identification and pay a deposit at the last minute, which was quite stressful. It would have been nice to have a larger supermarket within walking distance, and the noise from the neighbors and occasional parties was bothersome.

Stayo Kew Gardens was an excellent apartment, comfortable and properly cleaned. the location was very good, with nearby bus and train stations. There were also great pubs, coffee shops, and a supermarket close by. We enjoyed visiting Kew Gardens, which was within walking distance. the overall experience at Stayo Garden was good.

The facilities were clean and comfortable.

I must say, I got great value for my money at Stayo Kew Gardens. The room was stylish and modern, and the beds were incredibly comfy. The location was fantastic, with easy access to Kew Gardens, Richmond, and the Thames river. The staff treated me exceptionally well, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, perhaps by offering a wider variety of options.

While the stay was enjoyable, there were a couple of minor inconveniences. It would have been nice if the apartment provided some essentials like a tea towel, washing up liquid, and washing up cloths.
