Steve's hospitality was exceptional, and the comfortable mattress ensured a restful night. the location was perfect for my visit to Castle Donington. Steve's cleanliness, local recommendations, and yummy breakfast made my stay memorable. His kindness even extended to arranging transportation for me. A gem of a place!

Limited privacy due to thin walls, as the property owner lives in the same place.

The room was a bit tight, but the beds were clean and comfy. Breakfast was delicious, but a bit pricey, and there were only single beds. The bathroom was spotless, and Steve's local advice was spot on. A great stay overall!.

We absolutely loved our stay at Steve's place! As foreign tourists, we were thrilled with the comfortable room and the warm hospitality that Steve provided. He was always attentive and made sure everything was to our liking. The ensuite bathroom was a great bonus, and the price was excellent. Steve was also very accommodating with breakfast options and timing. We're already planning to book again!
