The staff were friendly and attentive. the location of the hotel was great, being close to key attractions. the overall decor was impressive and luxurious.

The shower in the room leaked, causing the bathroom floor to get wet. there was no mirror in the main room, making it inconvenient to apply makeup.

My partner treated us to a stay at Stock Exchange and it felt extra special. The location was tucked away, feeling like an exclusive getaway. The room was luxurious and the shower was amazing with strong water pressure and a choice of two heads. The staff, especially Jimmy who parked our car and showed us our room, were exceptional. The restaurant staff were attentive and the breakfast was spectacular. Thank you to the team for making our stay memorable.

We were amazed by the beautiful and exclusive location of the hotel. It felt like a hidden gem tucked away in the city. Our room was absolutely perfect, with luxurious touches and a spacious shower room with underfloor heating. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic, and we had a choice of two shower heads. The staff, especially Jimmy who helped us park our car and showed us to our room, provided exceptional service throughout our stay. From the glass of fizz upon arrival to the helpful front desk staff who allowed us to keep our car parked and arranged a late checkout, the team went above and beyond to make our stay special. The restaurant staff were attentive, and the breakfast was truly spectacular. We can't thank the team enough and will definitely be returning to this wonderful hotel. Highly recommended!

The hotel offered exceptional rooms, facilities, and staff. Its prime central location made it easy to find and there were plenty of nice bars and restaurants nearby. Special mention to Rudi's pizza and Foodwell/MCR Firefly. Jimmy at reception provided great customer service and recommendations. The breakfast was tasty and the restaurant staff provided excellent service. The concierge was friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was relaxed and enjoyable. The hotel had a beautiful decor and pleasant scent throughout. The suite with terrace was luxurious and the room service was impeccable. The Bull and Bear restaurant, a Tom Kerridge establishment, had amazing food and surroundings. The staff were always available and couldn't do enough for us. The entire hotel staff was friendly and courteous. The location was excellent, close to restaurants and shops. The building itself was stunning and had a great restaurant/bar. The breakfast was really good and parking was available nearby.

As old people, we were impressed with the attentive staff and warm welcome upon arrival. The hotel offered stylish décor, comfortable beds, and luxurious amenities such as bathrobes, slippers, and champagne in the mini bar. The location was ideal for exploring nearby bars, restaurants, and shops. Plus, the hotel was conveniently close to beauty treatments at House of Evelyn and Doll Beauty. a perfect place for a luxury break with excellent service.

My stay at Stock Exchange in Manchester was absolutely delightful. I was there for a relaxing weekend getaway and it exceeded my expectations. The building itself is full of character and charm, and the breakfast/dining room was fabulous with delicious food and excellent coffee. The rooms were incredibly comfortable with great furnishings and facilities, including a yoga mat! The bathrooms were top-notch, with excellent fittings and even heated floors. Lastly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The location of this hotel is superb, right in the heart of the city centre. You can easily explore all the attractions and amenities on foot. The dining area is elegant and adds a touch of sophistication to your meal. The rooms are spacious and clean, with top-notch facilities like TVs with Netflix. The bathrooms are luxurious and offer a dreamy shower experience. The attentive staff provides exceptional service and goes above and beyond to cater to your needs.

The pillows provided could have been more comfortable, but I am quite particular about these things.

As a business traveler, I was pleased with the efficient and friendly service provided by the staff. They took care of parking and luggage, allowing me to focus on my work. The room was spacious with a large bathroom and a refreshing shower. The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere and offered a comfortable stay.

This hotel was a luxurious experience that exceeded my expectations. the room was well-appointed with exclusive amenities and beautiful decor that created a comfortable and relaxing environment. the spa services were outstanding and the treatment room was well-equipped for any desired beauty treatment, including facials, waxing, and manicure/pedicure services. the leisure/TV room was a great bonus that provided a cozy area to unwind after a long day of exploration.

Despite the outstanding stay, the location proved to be a bit noisy at times. the only minor issue was the noise from outside the building due to its central location.

Despite the rip-off party and parking add-on, we did get a couple of nice perks: a complimentary bottle of champagne and a free room upgrade. the hotel’s location was also pretty sweet - close to shops and restaurants. And, the room itself was cozy and had a great view of the city.

So, yeah, the New Year’s Eve party was way overpriced for what it offered. the canapes were meh, the drinks were watery, and the music was a snooze fest.
