wow, stone court house blew us away! so much character and opulence inside, we felt like royalty. hosts were friendly and helpful. loved the spacious suite and beautiful communal spaces. exceeded our expectations in every way. can't wait to go back!

Impractical wardrobe.

We stayed at Stone Court House for a one night stopover on our way to Folkstone. The interior renovations are amazing, with a grand staircase, beautiful furniture, works of art on every wall, and a lovely terrace courtyard. The family room was spacious, the four poster bed comfy, and the bathroom had a fantastic centred roll top bath. Attention to detail was superb, and the owners have done a magnificent job of restoring this lovely old property. The rooms are huge, everything is spotlessly clean, and there are large and comfortable common areas to work, relax, and eat. The owners have created a relaxed and friendly vibe, making you feel special during your stay. It was different from any other place we have stayed in, and we loved all the beautiful furnishings and thoughtful amenities provided.

I had an amazing value for my money at Stone Court House. The room was cozy and clean, and the location was great. The staff treated me like family and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

While the property itself was beautiful, the noise from other guests at night was a major drawback. the traffic noise from the road outside was quite noticeable, although the triple glazing helped to minimize it.

We recently stayed in a beautiful historic house that had been lovingly restored. The attention to detail was incredible, from the stunning four poster bed in our suite to the luxurious bathroom with its spacious seating area. The owners were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The location was convenient, with secure parking nearby and just a short walk to the picturesque part of town. We loved the communal spaces, including the entrance lounge and dining room, which added to the overall charm of our stay.

The only downside was the slight road noise from the busy street outside, but the hotel thoughtfully provided earplugs that helped us sleep soundly.

Absolutely stunning building with lots of history, friendly owners/staff, and great location. The level of service was second to none. Very quick to reply to messages prior to arriving and also when it came to room service. Welcome packs on arrival were very informative and helpful. Also, the room service options were incredible! Never seen so many drink options on offer, they had various different top quality champagnes and spirits available. Even had vending machines downstairs which were stacked with snacks and toiletries if you needed them.

Sadly, the surrounding buildings etc were not in the same league. It really is deserving of a better location.

The staff were accommodating and even allowed me to check in early. it was a unique and enjoyable experience that I would definitely recommend.
