The value for our money was incredible, with a well-stocked pod and stunning views. The location was easy to find and offered beautiful walks, and the hosts treated us like family, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection better is if there were more options to choose from.

We had an amazing stay at Stoneymollan Over Loch Lomond for a few nights. From the warm welcome by the hosts to the stunning scenery, everything was perfect. The hosts went above and beyond, even setting up a cot for our baby. The hot tub and sauna were fantastic, especially with the beautiful views. We loved the little touches like treats left at our doorstep. It felt like staying at a friend's house, with the right amount of privacy. We can't wait to come back and stay longer next time!

The scenery surrounding the hotel was absolutely breathtaking, with beautiful hills and minimal light pollution, making it perfect for stargazing. The hosts, Gillian and Brian, were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. They provided us with milk, offered to give us lifts into town, and even gave us a walking guide. The pod itself was clean and well-equipped with high-quality amenities, towels, and bedding.

The only downside we could think of was that we were only able to stay for one night. if you plan on being out late at night, it's important to have a torch handy to navigate the dark path back to the hotel.

My family and I had a marvelous introduction to Scotland outside the cities and towns at this "glamping" experience. Stoneymollan Over Loch Lomond was absolutely lovely, with clean and excellently arranged luxury pods. The hosts, Gillian and Brian, went out of their way to ensure that each family member had a relaxing and enjoyable time. From the breathtaking views of Alexandra town to the warm and welcoming nature of the host family, everything about our stay was delightful. We were particularly impressed by the high standard of the pods and the pride the hosts took in hosting their guests wholeheartedly. We can't wait to come back!

The hosts were friendly and helpful, offering local recommendations. The hot tub and sauna were enjoyable in cold weather. The pod was spacious and clean, with a TV featuring Netflix. Will definitely return in the future.
