The Strand Palace Hotel offers a convenient location, just a short walk from the National Gallery and Trafalgar Square. The room, though not yet renovated, was very clean and well-appointed, with fantastic newly refurbished bathrooms. The cost was reasonable, and the hotel provided a chair to sit on instead of a small puffy, which was a thoughtful touch.

The room we received had a window facing a construction area, and the sound isolation wasn't great, making it noisy.

I surprised my girlfriend for her birthday and the hotel went above and beyond to make it special. They upgraded us to a King Size Room and left a greeting card and chocolates. The room was clean and quiet, and the hotel is conveniently located near multiple tube stations. The staff were helpful, especially Nikolai at the night desk. This was my second stay and I plan to return.

The doorman was particularly lovely, always holding the doors open for guests. The bar had a relaxed atmosphere, with attentive and polite waiting staff. The location was excellent, within walking distance of many attractions. Despite a small queue at breakfast, the food was very good. The hotel staff quickly resolved any issues, even finding us a better room when our TV couldn't be fixed. a friendly and enjoyable stay.

We absolutely loved staying at this place. The hotel's location is amazing and allowed us to easily explore the city's theatres and all its central attractions. The room had all the amenities we needed such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar and a sitting area. The staff was exceptional, providing excellent room service and taking care of all of our needs. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome drink and the tours/ticket assistance the hotel offered. Moreover, the buffet breakfast exceeded our expectations with its special diet menus and excellent bar/ lounge area.

We didn't experience any negative aspects during our stay here, we would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

This hotel is ideally placed for the theatres, with the Savoy and Covent Garden just a stone's throw away. The location couldn't be more perfect, as everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance. The staff were attentive and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The newly refurbished rooms were a pleasant surprise, especially the walk-in shower which was fantastic. The complimentary mini bar and hand written birthday card were thoughtful touches that made us feel special. The breakfast provided a good variety and the eggs were cooked to perfection.

As a solo female traveler, I loved the fantastic location of the hotel. There were plenty of things to do and explore within a short distance, making it convenient and safe for me to wander around on my own.
