the staff were friendly and the entire property was well maintained and spotlessly clean. the rooms were comfortable with good quality beds and bedding. the views from the windows were breathtaking and it was a short and pleasant walk to the center of Oban. I would highly recommend this guesthouse to others.

The owners and staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The property itself was well-maintained and spotlessly clean. The rooms were comfortable, with good quality beds and bedding. The room we stayed in was comfortable and clean, with a nice bathroom. the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the city center and its amenities. - We really appreciated the ample parking available at the hotel, it was a definite bonus.

It consisted of just a porridge pot and a dry pastry, which my wife couldn't eat at all. The free wifi was incredibly slow, making it difficult to access the internet effectively.

The B&B is conveniently located, just a short stroll away from the town centre, making it easy to explore the area by foot. some rooms offer a nice view of the surrounding scenery and the dining room has a pleasant view as well. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and come with convenient facilities like a small fridge, bottled water, and a selection of snacks.

The staff could be more attentive and informative, as one guest mentioned not being informed about the option for a packed breakfast when leaving early.

I also appreciated the convenient back way out of the hotel, which provided a pleasant walking route to the center of town. I had a wonderful stay at a centrally located hotel with stunning sea views. The staff went above and beyond by allowing us to park our car on the premises before check-in, which was a huge relief given the limited parking in the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary facilities. The owner was friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. And despite the minor inconvenience of noisy cleaners in the morning, it was an overall pleasant experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, friendly service, and great value for money. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

The location was great, close to the town center and easily accessible. the staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable. the shared sunroom was a lovely space to relax in and the breakfast area had a charming atmosphere.

The rooms were close together, which made it difficult to sleep at times due to noise from other guests. the shower had weak water pressure and there were issues with hot water in the sink.
