The location of this apartment was fantastic - only a short walk from the train station and conveniently close to everything we wanted to explore during our Christmas getaway. Having a car park space was a huge advantage, as it meant we didn't have to worry about finding parking in the busy city center. the staff was friendly and provided great recommendations for local restaurants.

The main drawback of this top floor apartment was the warm temperature. Although the owners provided fans in each room, it was still quite hot inside.

The Bullring Shopping Centre and Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery were so close, I practically tripped over them! The free WiFi kept me entertained while pretending to be cultured. Towels were offered, because who wants to bring their own?

Oh, the lift button "conveniently" didn't work, just a sneaky way to make me exercise! So thoughtful.

We got incredible value for our money with this apartment. The room was beautifully decorated and felt like a home away from home. The location couldn't have been better, just a short walk to China Town and the Bull Ring Shopping Centre. The staff, especially Helen, were exceptional and made our stay memorable.

The morning meal could have been improved with more options to choose from.

We had a fantastic stay at this stunning top floor apartment. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of China town and within easy walking distance of New Street. Having secure parking was a huge advantage. The staff were incredibly friendly and Helen went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The apartment was clean, minimalistic, and had everything we needed. It felt like a home away from home and we would highly recommend it to our friends. The only downside was a slight issue with a water drip outside the bedroom window when it rained, but overall, our experience was excellent.
