Velvet Apartments - Conditioning House were excellent at communication, responding promptly to any questions I had. the check-in process was hassle-free with a convenient key box on the gates. the apartment itself was spacious, bright, and airy, with both a main bathroom and an en-suite, which was perfect for our family. the property was beautifully decorated, and its location was also very good.
