It was exactly what we were hoping for, especially for glamping enthusiasts like us. The hut itself was clean, warm, and comfortable, with cooking facilities and tea and coffee provided. We particularly enjoyed the blissful lack of WiFi and phone signal, allowing us to fully disconnect and relax. The proximity to Helvellyn was perfect for our climbing plans, and having the bus stop right outside was convenient. Despite some basic facilities, such as the toilets and shower, they served their purpose. The only minor drawbacks were the lack of washing area for crockery and the higher price compared to other options in the area. However, these did not overshadow the overall experience. I highly recommend Stybeck Farm Shephards Hut for a unique and memorable getaway.
