I had a fantastic stay at a lovely B&B in a central location. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-equipped with amenities like flat screen TVs and tea/coffee facilities. The breakfast served by Karen was absolutely superb! The B&B is conveniently located near the high street, shops, restaurants, station, and the beach. Despite limited parking on the premises, there was always a place to park for free on the side road right in front. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and provided excellent service. I highly recommend this B&B for its cleanliness, great location, and delicious breakfast.

Our stay at this fabulous seaside retreat was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warmest and friendliest hosts who made us feel right at home. The room we stayed in with our two young children was surprisingly spacious and immaculately clean, providing us all with ample space to relax and unwind. The breakfast spread was superb, offering a wide selection of delicious options that satisfied the whole family. The location couldn't have been more perfect, just a short stroll away from the stunning beach and conveniently situated near the train station, bars, restaurants, and beautiful beaches. The views from the room were breathtaking, and despite a few minor issues with the bathroom and TV placement, it did not in any way dampen our overall enjoyment of this remarkable place. We applaud the dedication and hard work of this local establishment and will definitely be returning to support them in the future. Highly recommended!

The location of the B&B is unbeatable, being very close to the center of town and within walking distance to the zoo. It's perfect for those who want to explore the local attractions and enjoy the beach. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the breakfast served is delicious.

The Wi-Fi connection in the B&B is very poor, making it difficult to stay connected or get any work done online.

Great value and friendly staff! The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful beaches in the area. The breakfast was delicious and included a variety of options to choose from. Plus, there was plenty of parking available.

The bathroom was a bit small and could have used more hooks to hang towels and clothing. the room could have been a little more soundproof as we could hear some noise from outside.

The location of this hotel was amazing, so close to town and the beach. It was perfect and convenient for us as we could easily walk to both. The service and staff were excellent. The gentleman who assisted us from start to finish was welcoming and helpful. The rooms, although small, were very clean, well-furnished, and had all the basic amenities we needed. Breakfast was lovely, with a lot of choices available. It was set up in a way that allowed for minimal contact with staff, which was great.

I had an amazing stay at a guest house in Newquay. The hosts were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The place was spotlessly clean with a lovely garden. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for our week-long stay. The continental breakfast provided was delicious and there was plenty of food. The location of the guest house was also perfect, just a short walk into town. It was a lovely place overall and I would definitely stay there again.
