What a fantastic surprise! This accommodation is unique, being constructed from Victorian railway carriages. It's a truly one-off experience and Matthew the host was so knowledgeable about the house and its history - I found it fascinating. Very basic amenities but this added to the rough and ready, and thoroughly enjoyable experience! I'd very much recommend an overnight stay here if you're doing a coastal walk, like we were. Plus, a great pub for dinner and a pint was just a 5 minute walk away.

the decor, featuring beautiful art prints and tasteful furniture, made the place feel comfortable despite some basic amenities. the well-equipped kitchen, shared with the host and other guests, was not an issue. the location, with a gorgeous beach just steps away, was a great draw for us.

I absolutely loved my stay at this unique and quirky cottage! The two 1880's railway carriages that make up the accommodation were full of charm and had an amazing history. The host, Michael, was fantastic and made me feel right at home. The location was perfect, right on the beach and only a short walk from a pub. The cleanliness of the cottage was top-notch and the staff were friendly and helpful. this was a superb experience.

I recently stayed at a charming cottage right by the beach. The unique build of the cottage, made from two 1880's railway carriages, added an interesting touch to my experience. The host, Michael, was absolutely fantastic and made sure our stay was superb. The location was perfect, with breathtaking views of the coastline. The kitchen was well-equipped and everything was impeccably clean. Despite the small size of the cottage, it felt cozy and comfortable. The fact that the beach allowed dogs was a huge bonus for us and our furry friend. I highly recommend this place for a delightful seaside getaway.

The shared facilities were not a problem at all. We had a lovely time cooking in the garden and enjoying the picturesque surroundings.
