Loved the beachfront location and the beautiful garden. Free WiFi was a bonus. The holiday home had everything I needed, including a washing machine and a bicycle rental service.

Oh, you know what I hate? Absolutely nothing!

We recently stayed at a beach house in a great location. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for our one-year-old, including baby gates. We felt welcomed and comfortable, with nice touches like pictures and provided amenities. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Despite a minor inconvenience of a downstairs bathroom, our overall experience was fantastic. We enjoyed the nearby promenade and had a wonderful time exploring the area. We even left some belongings behind, and the owner kindly arranged to have them sent back to us. We highly recommend this place for a fantastic stay.

We stayed at Sunrise Beach House over Christmas and New Year and had a fantastic experience. The house is beautifully maintained with nice touches throughout. It's perfect for those traveling with dogs, as the garden is properly fenced off and there's a back door entrance for muddy paws. Cleethorpes itself was fabulous, with a stunning beach and a great selection of pubs and restaurants to explore. The owner was incredibly attentive and even helped us retrieve some forgotten belongings. a gem of a stay in a central location.

The house itself is cosy, clean, and well-equipped. The pictures are accurate, and we especially appreciated the nice touches like comfortable mattresses, ample toilet rolls, and a warm atmosphere. The location is perfect, with the promenade just a short walk away, offering great options for food and leisurely strolls. We also loved the convenience of Wi-Fi and Netflix. a gem of a place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Conveniently located near the beach and away from noisy pubs. Thoughtfully designed with spacious bedrooms, a powerful shower, and a well-equipped kitchen. Lovely garden that would be great during summer. Excellent internet connection and accommodated early check-in. Bonus parking space available.

We had a fantastic stay at Sunrise Beach House. It was the perfect base for our week-long work trip, with excellent internet connections and a cozy atmosphere. The house was thoughtfully designed, offering lots of space and beautifully spacious bedrooms. We particularly loved the powerful shower and well-equipped kitchen. The location was ideal, close enough to the beach for a leisurely stroll but away from the noise of the pubs. The owner, Dan, was accommodating and even allowed us to check in slightly earlier. The parking space was a real bonus as well. a gem of a place!

The property was exceptionally beautiful and had lovely touches throughout. The owner takes great care of the house, and it shows. The fact that it is dog friendly was perfect for us, with a properly fenced-off garden and a back door entrance for our muddy and sandy paws. The house is also very close to the beach, allowing us to be in direct touch with nature. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bedding was of a high standard. We also appreciated the large enclosed garden, which was ideal for our dogs. The ground floor toilet, bath, and shower were convenient for cleaning up after our beach adventures. it was a perfect little holiday and we left with the happiest memories.
