We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location was perfect, away from the noise but close enough to everything. We enjoyed being near the beach and right by the canal called the Olive Tree. The service was impeccable, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities. The patio was a lovely touch, and we appreciated the free Wi-Fi in our rooms. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of choice. we couldn't fault this place and would highly recommend it to friends.

Very small bed with child-size duvet that kept sliding off, causing me to wake up several times. Lack of central heating in mid-September Bude weather was uncomfortable.

The limited seating options in the front garden, it would have been nice to have a bench or some sort of seat to enjoy the view.
