This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. First of all, the location was absolutely breathtaking. Situated directly opposite a large and stunning waterfall, I couldn't have asked for a better view. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. And let's not forget the breakfast! Served with attention to detail, the delicious food was the perfect way to start my day. All in all, I found this hotel to be excellent value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

Despite some minor issues, my recent stay at Swallow Falls Complex was enjoyable.

When I entered my room, I initially noticed that it was a bit basic and in need of updating. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable bed and the fact that it was clean.

The value for money at this hotel was fantastic! The room was beautifully decorated and the housekeeping service was top-notch. The location was great, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly.

The morning meal could be improved by offering a wider variety of toast options.

Really friendly staff, brought extra heaters and blankets for our room. Quiet at night on New Year's Eve. Cosy room and clean cot for the baby. Delightful food in the pub. Peaceful location with the sound of the waterfall and birds chirping.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was stunning, right in the middle of the beautiful forested area, with a large waterfall just opposite. The setting gave us a real sense of being surrounded by nature. The hotel offered a variety of rooms, including pet-friendly options, and had facilities for all types of travelers, including backpackers. The bar area was a great place to hang out, with a pool table and delicious bar meals. The breakfast area was spacious and offered a tasty cooked breakfast as part of the package. The hotel also had plenty of car parking space, which was convenient.

Musty smell in the room.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff in The Tavern area were extremely pleasant and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness of our room was impeccable. We were able to park our car conveniently and the location was fantastic, with easy access to the mountains, hills, and adjacent spectacular waterfalls. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying. the staff were attentive and friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our stay.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel nestled in a stunning location. The hotel is literally over the road from the gorgeous Swallow Falls waterfall, providing a breathtaking view from the rooms. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The breakfast, served in the main restaurant, was delicious with a wide variety of options, and they even had a proper coffee machine which was a nice touch. the hotel offered great value for money and I would highly recommend it for a peaceful getaway.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were ok.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Snowdonia for a weekend break. the check, in process was easy and the staff at reception were helpful. We were pleasantly surprised by the warm and cozy room, perfect for the chilly weather. the comfortable bed and well, equipped bathroom with a bath and over bath shower were nice touches. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal for our plans , just a 15, minute drive to the nearest car park for Snowdon and within close proximity to the beautiful village of Betws, y, Coed.

There were a few aspects that were disappointing. the walls in the lodge were quite thin, so we could hear our neighbors.

Despite the end of the season, the breakfast had plenty of options and the evening meals in the bar were wonderful. The room itself was spacious, exceeding my expectations for English standards. I had a pleasant and enjoyable stay at this great value hotel.
