The location and rooms at Swan At were exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was excellent and the receptionist went out of her way to ensure my stay was great. Dinner and breakfast at the Coppa Club were delicious, and the location overlooking the river made it even more special. I stayed with my family, including two young kids, and they also enjoyed their stay. I highly recommend Swan At for a peaceful and relaxing retreat. Despite a few minor drawbacks, the overall experience was fantastic.

The hotel also had a licensed coffee shop where we enjoyed a late-night drink and a delicious continental breakfast. the experience was exceptional.

We had a wonderful time at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, situated right on the Thames next to a couple of weirs with boats moored up along the river. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service. The room we stayed in was immaculate and had all the amenities we could ask for, including ironing facilities, a sitting area, and a terrace with garden furniture. The restaurant served faultless meals that were beautifully presented and delicious. We also appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival, adding a special touch to our stay.

We had a fantastic stay - clean room, great staff, beautiful location for walks and running with a lovely view. The hotel facilities, like the sauna and steam room, were small but efficient. The dining room staff were friendly and the service was quick without being rushed. The quality of the food in the restaurant was good and reasonably priced.
