The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the Jane Austin museum and the town center. The room we stayed in was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were welcoming and the service in the restaurant was very good. The breakfast was also worth mentioning as it was delicious and had a good variety of options.

The fan in the bathroom was incredibly noisy and sounded like a duck being strangled. It was quite annoying and made it difficult to relax in the room.

Great Meal: We had a fantastic end of term meal at this hotel. the food was delicious, especially the chicken tikka masala. the waiter was very helpful and managed the busy restaurant quite well. when one of our friends' car got egged in the hotel car park, the manager personally cleaned it, which was above and beyond the call of duty. we had a great dining experience and would definitely recommend it.

The hotel we stayed at during our city break provided us a delightful experience. the staff was polite and never hesitant to lend a helping hand. the breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. the location of the hotel was excellent as it was near many tourist areas and had accessible transportation. we appreciated having a well-stocked bar that served scrumptious meals.

The location was perfect, right in the centre of town and close to the train station. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding pubs and shops. The breakfast was limited, but the coffee and croissants were delicious. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.
