Great location for hiking, windsurfing, and cycling. Close to Norwich International Airport. The dining area was perfect for my extravagant meals. The towels provided in the apartment were a lifesaver for my impromptu towel fights.

Oh, I can't stand how they offered towels in the apartment. Who needs clean towels anyway?

We recently stayed at Swan View and it was perfect for us as trekkers and a group of friends. The apartment had modern furnishings, a spacious balcony with beautiful views of Oulton Broad, and was spotlessly clean. The location was ideal, with plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby. We also loved the close proximity to Nicholas Everett Park for walks along the river. it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

There were plenty of nearby pubs and restaurants to choose from, and the well-equipped kitchen allowed us to dine in if we preferred. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful, even providing a welcome pack and coming to our aid when needed.

The coffee shop and record store downstairs were an added bonus, serving excellent coffee, pastries, and offering a good selection of records. The location was perfect, with plenty of food and drink options nearby. a great stay in a prime location.

I recently stayed at Swan View in Oulton Broad for a weekend getaway. The lovely flat was beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious. It offered a fabulous view of Oulton Broad and had a well-equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was roomy with lots of hot water. I especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony, watching the sunset. The welcome gift of wine, crisps, and cookies was a nice touch. The location of the apartment was perfect, with various restaurants, pubs, and a fish and chip shop nearby. I highly recommend Swan View for its great atmosphere and convenient amenities.
