My stay at this charming cottage was absolutely delightful. It offered a tranquil and peaceful environment, and the bed provided a comfortable night's sleep. I appreciated the thoughtful gestures such as the electric blanket and the welcome basket filled with eggs and treats. The well-equipped kitchen allowed me to effortlessly cook and reheat meals. The bathroom was stocked with an impressive assortment of toiletries, and there were even biscuits in the tin! I loved observing the chickens and ducks in the neighboring field, and the variety of beautiful birds that visited the feeders outside the window, including a gorgeous great spotted woodpecker. The field also boasted an abundance of pheasants. A highlight for me was being able to stargaze and admire the Milky Way right from the garden, without having to make a special trip to a designated dark sky area.
