I must say, I got great value for my money at this lodge. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfy bed and all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, right on a busy street with plenty of cafes and pubs nearby. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay.

the room we were upgraded to on the first floor was spacious, clean, and equipped with convenient amenities like a fridge and microwave. the staff members, especially Rob and Josh, were friendly and made us feel welcome. the location is ideal, being close to cafes and pubs but still providing a peaceful atmosphere in our room. the comfortable mattress and good water pressure in the shower were added bonuses. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at Tennyson Lodge. the room was spacious and well set out, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the location was great, with easy parking and close proximity to cafes and pubs. the staff, especially Sam and her husband, were extremely helpful and friendly. the breakfast was delicious and set us up for the day. We couldn't have asked for more and would highly recommend Tennyson Lodge.

We had a lovely stay at this clean, outdated room in Tennyson Lodge. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel safe and welcome as solo travelers. The location was excellent, with everything we wanted to see and do within close proximity. The shower had hot water and good pressure, and the bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which was of good quality and sizable. we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. the noise from the steps outside our room was incredibly loud and disruptive, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel with its fantastic location. It was just around the corner from a beautiful park, where I even rented a beach hut and enjoyed a serene time at the quieter side of the beach. The hotel's close proximity to various food options on the same road was convenient. Additionally, the nearby arcades provided easy access to the more bustling side of the beach. The friendly staff made my experience even better, and the big room I stayed in was worth every penny. Moreover, the breakfast served here was absolutely delightful.
