The lack of communication about breakfast and room facilities was disappointing. The door code security issue was a major concern. The chaotic check-in experience and overbooking mishap led to a frustrating late-night ordeal. the convenient location and modern furnishing were redeeming qualities. Staff training and security measures need improvement.

The bed at Terrace House was very comfortable, and I appreciated the access to a wide array of media stations like Netflix. the spacious room, well-equipped bathroom, and built-in Bluetooth speaker added to my comfort. Being near Jephson Gardens, Royal Pump Rooms, and other landmarks enhanced our family bonding. While there was occasional noise from the bar, it didn't significantly disturb my relaxation.

the rooms at terrace house are super modern and clean - with huge comfy beds. love the central location and nearby 24-hour cheap parking on bath street. great cocktails and lovely riverside terrace for drinks. super friendly staff and fantastic restaurant.

stayed at a spotless hotel in leamington spa before visiting warwick castle the next day. the comfy beds and warm rooms provided a brilliant night's sleep. convenient location, with a nearby 24-hour car park for only £8.

The apartment I stayed in was absolutely stunning with a balcony to chill on, and the lamb shank at the restaurant was mouthwateringly delicious, just fell apart and I loved it. the keyless entry was so convenient, and the housekeeper was a gem, always making sure everything was tip-top. the annex where we stayed was a bit isolated, and we had to go through locked gates every morning, but overall, it didn't affect the great time I had.

Me and my friends hit up HOTEL TRIPLETS ENTERTAINMENT and FAMILY, and it was lit af. the location was on point, right by all the action, and the vibes were just what we needed for a sick getaway.

Yo, the only thing missing was a banging pool party spot nearby. Gotta have those epic pool parties, you feel me?

The entertainment for families was fantastic, keeping everyone engaged and happy throughout our trip. the cozy rooms and comfy beds made for a pleasant night's rest after a fun-filled day exploring the beautiful Leamington Spa.

My wife says that the hotel could benefit from adding a dedicated kids' play area to keep the little ones entertained and safe.

At Terrace House, the hotel upgraded our room upon checking in, providing a fabulous space where my daughter and I had the best night's sleep. the manager kindly shared the mattress details post-stay. a memorable experience. Despite some noise issues in the vicinity, we greatly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this location.
