The Aberdeen Altens Hotel had a fantastic range of facilities and activities to keep us entertained during our stay. As vegetarians and vegans, we were pleased to find plenty of options available to us, ensuring that we were well catered for throughout our visit.

The hotel felt very homey, and there was absolutely no reason for us to complain about anything during our stay.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city and offers a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. It is conveniently situated near popular establishments such as burger King, Pure Gym, Makro, IKEA, and Starbucks, making it convenient for guests to access various amenities. Additionally, the hotel features a restaurant that offers easy and hassle-free dinner reservations, as well as a buffet breakfast in a separate area, ensuring a satisfying dining experience. The rooms are well-maintained and include amenities such as a large TV, coffee machine, tea/coffee options, and a safe. The hotel also boasts excellent customer service and helpful staff.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect for me as it was near a football club. The amenities were lovely, including the indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room, which were all very well maintained. The staff were excellent and very attentive, providing room service and laundry service. The room I stayed in was cozy with all necessary amenities like tea and coffee facilities. I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff - they found my reservation quickly and gave me two special welcomes in my room.

Check-in was quick and staff were pleasant. the pool was excellent, although it got busy at times. Breakfast had lots of choices and seemed unlimited.

there was a long queue for check-in during busy times, and the hotel appeared to be understaffed. the policy of denying access to certain amenities like swimming pool robes based on the room type felt unwelcoming.
