We had a fantastic stay at Ambassador Heathrow. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily leave our car and use public transport. The street was surprisingly quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel itself was cozy and beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and value. a great location, excellent service, and clean, well-furnished rooms.

Great location for transport, close to train and bus services that run to nearby areas. Good parking facilities available. the room was nice and comfortable. Free Wi-Fi was speedy and strong. Coffee and tea maker in the room was a plus.

The staff was absent when we arrived, we had to wait for someone to answer the phone. the building, especially the stairs, is very old and somewhat hazardous, making it a bit difficult for people with mobility issues.

The hotel had a small, cosy English home vibe, which I really enjoyed. The garden was a nice touch and added to the overall charm. The staff, especially the young lady who checked us in, served our meals, and breakfast the next day, were extremely polite and lovely.

We were served a ready meal that was microwaved and charged a hefty price for it. We weren't even offered a drink with our meal and had to ask for a glass of water.
