The location was epic, with sick views. Gail, the host, was mega friendly and gave us all the local tea. the lounge with Netflix & snacks was a vibe. Breakfast was banging!

More evening entertainment options like karaoke or game nights would've leveled up the fun factor for a young crowd.

The room with a garden view and an electric kettle felt like a cozy retreat. As a family, we appreciated the space and modern amenities, making us feel right at home. Cons: the bathroom not being en-suite was a minor downside for us, but it offered plenty of privacy.

The staff helped me find my forgotten jewelry. the B&B suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, free parking, and a picnic area. VIP check-in/out and beach access add to the charm. the rooms have all I need, including board games. I return every weekend with no regrets.

We had an amazing 2-night stay at The Anchorage B And B. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and made to feel right at home. The rooms were comfortable and the facilities were excellent. But the highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast. Gail went above and beyond to ensure we were well-fed and satisfied with a variety of options. Additionally, Gail provided us with valuable local recommendations, which made our trip even more enjoyable.

The only inconvenience we experienced was that the bathroom was not directly connected to our room. However, the bathroom itself was fabulous, and the provided robes made the short walk across the hall more comfortable.

My recent stay at The Anchorage in JO'G was absolutely delightful. I was there for a weekend getaway and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location was stunning, with lovely views from the rooms and during breakfast. The bathroom was superb and the bedroom was clean, fresh, and very comfortable. The top floor provided a spacious area for relaxation. The breakfast was cooked to perfection, with a great selection of options. The host, Gail, was exceptional - knowledgeable and helpful, ensuring our time in the area was perfect. I would definitely stay here again when I'm in the area!

During our NC500 trip, we stayed at several B&Bs, guesthouses, etc. , but the Anchorage B&B was hands down the best! From the stunning views of the surrounding country to the comfortable and clean decor, everything was perfect. Gail, our host, was incredibly welcoming and informative, making us feel right at home. the breakfast she prepared was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. We would love to stay at the Anchorage B&B again in the future.
