We stayed in a beautiful, Grade 2 listed building with all its charm intact. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean, warm, and had a comfortable bed. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, and we enjoyed the cozy atmosphere by the log burner. a lovely experience.

We had a fantastic stay at a charming pub with rooms, right in the middle of the action in a lovely area. The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, with tastefully decorated and spacious rooms that had a nice atmosphere created by lovely lamps. The staff went out of their way to make our stay perfect, providing excellent hospitality and friendly service. The breakfast included was cooked wonderfully, and the staff were attentive, even bringing us extra toast. We also enjoyed dining at the hotel in the evening, as the food was amazing. we couldn't have asked for more from the hotel's facilities, location, and staff.

We absolutely loved our recent stay at the charming inn in the Cotswolds! The decor of the room was superb, with a wonderful olde worlde feel that added to the overall experience. We were delighted to find a bathtub in our room, which is not always common in hotels. The staff were fantastic, incredibly polite and friendly. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and we also enjoyed the bar meals in the restaurant. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful Cotswolds scenery. we had a totally enjoyable and relaxing experience.

The location was perfect, right near the centre of Burford. We were able to explore the historic town easily and access everything in Burford. The room was tastefully decorated with spaciousness as a bonus. The staff were attentive and the breakfast was cooked wonderfully. We also enjoyed the coffee machine and water in the room. The beer garden was beautifully laid out with secluded spots, and the food in the restaurant was amazing, especially the lamb.

The parking options were limited for those with mobility issues.

We got excellent value for our money with a spacious room and a comfy bed at The Angel. The location was peaceful and just off the Main Street, perfect for a quaint Cotswolds experience. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and always went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast selection could have been improved with more variety.

The Angel At in Burford was a delightful place to stay. The manager/proprietor greeted us warmly and was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious and well-equipped, meeting all the requirements for a four-star hotel. The bed was large and comfy, and the bathroom was also spacious. The building itself had character and a peaceful atmosphere. We enjoyed the local beer in the bar and had a delicious dinner as well as a lovely breakfast served with excellent coffee. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. it was a great experience and we can't wait to stay again!

Stayed at The Angel for a lovely weekend getaway. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Enjoyed chatting in the cozy tea space upstairs. They made our stay even more enjoyable. - the food was absolutely fabulous! We had dinner on two occasions and it was of excellent quality. - the location was great, right in the heart of town. It made it easy for us to explore and experience everything the area had to offer. - the building itself was charming and had an olde worlde feel, which added to the overall experience.

The central location did mean that it was quite noisy in the mornings, so don't expect a lie-in. Parking could be a bit challenging, especially during peak season.
