I had an amazing stay at Angel Inn. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food, both for dinner and breakfast, was absolutely fantastic. Our room was clean and comfortable, and I loved the added touch of the bath bomb in the huge bathtub. The room was spacious enough for our family of four, including space for our travel cot. The location was perfect, as it was very close to Longleat zoo where we spent our days. I also appreciated that the inn is dog-friendly, and our room was lovely with a big bed and a spacious shower. a great experience!

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I must say, the value for money is excellent. The prices are affordable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The location, just a short distance from Longleat Safari Park, was perfect for our family outing. The staff were friendly and provided great service, making us feel welcome and ensuring all our needs were met. The basic amenities in the rooms were satisfactory, and the bed, although a bit dusty, was comfortable. The large bath was a nice touch, perfect for a relaxing soak. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast, served by a friendly Irish gentleman, which was the perfect start to our day.

Although there were a few minor issues, overall, everything was alright.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. the location was perfect, situated near beautiful towns like Frome and Salisbury, allowing us to explore the area easily. the breakfast was simply outstanding, with the best scrambled eggs we have ever had and a variety of delicious options to choose from. We also appreciated having a key to the outside door, giving us the freedom to come and go as we pleased.

There were a few minor issues that could be improved upon. the lack of WiFi in the bedrooms was a slight inconvenience, especially in today's tech-savvy world.

the spacious room I stayed in was perfect. Despite being an old building with character, it was well-maintained and the bed was big enough to accommodate my height. the noise level was surprisingly low, with no disturbance from the pub downstairs even during busy times. the staff were extremely welcoming, and there was plenty of tea, coffee, and even fresh milk offered upon arrival. the highlight for me was the spacious shower, big enough for two. a great place for a peaceful night's sleep.

The breakfast at Angel Inn was absolutely delicious and cooked to order. The food was of high quality and beautifully presented. We couldn't ask for a better start to our day.

Although we had pre-booked our room at Angel Inn well in advance, we were disappointed to discover that our room had been given to someone else upon arrival. This resulted in us having to find alternative accommodation at the last minute and paying a higher price due to the limited availability.

I recently stayed at The Angel Inn for a few nights while attending a training and camping event nearby. The hotel's old-style rooms and charming building really added to the overall experience. The staff, especially a friendly blonde lady and a welcoming Irish gent, went above and beyond to make us feel at home and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The food, both at the restaurant downstairs and during breakfast, was delicious and beautifully presented. The little touches in the rooms, like the well-stocked drink selection and the massive bath, made our stay truly memorable. the hotel provided fantastic value for money and I highly recommend it.

I recently had a nice stay at a charming old pub with plenty of character. The location was ideal, allowing easy exploration of nearby attractions such as Bath, Stonehenge, and Salisbury. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided was absolutely wonderful. The large room and comfortable bed made for a pleasant night's sleep. Plus, the restaurant served delicious meals to end the day on a high note.

I did find that some attention to detail was lacking. The room could have been cleaner, with dust in certain areas.

the Wi-Fi only worked in the lobby and not in the rooms which was inconvenient. my room was small with no bedside table or lamp, and the bathroom was not well maintained.

The location was also ideal, as it was close to Aqua Sana Spa at Center Parcs. We were even lucky enough to experience live entertainment by "Elvis", which made for a memorable evening. a wonderful hotel that we highly recommend and will definitely visit again on our annual trips.
