This hotel exceeded my expectations with its cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Despite being above a pub, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The extreme cleanliness of everything around me was impressive, and all my necessities were catered for. The location was truly precious, with easy access to public transportation - just a short walk to the bus stop and train station. Additionally, the staff were lovely and incredibly helpful.

There were some issues with the shared facilities, such as broken fittings and dribbles of water in the showers.

The price was good, great location near the 02, lots of shops and pubs nearby, friendly staff, no noise from the pub in the room.

This hotel proved to be a hidden gem, offering great value for money. The location was fantastic, as it was just a short distance from Westcombe Park station and a quick bus ride to the o2. The rooms were clean and tidy, with modern en-suite facilities and a private bathroom, which was greatly appreciated. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, providing all the necessary amenities including a TV.

Traffic noise was a slight issue in the morning, but next time I would request a room on the quieter side of the hotel. Other than that, everything was more than satisfactory.

The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about local bus routes and recommending a reliable cab company. the beds were comfortable and the room had tea and coffee facilities. the shower had plenty of hot water and there was even an ironing board available for use. the property had its own set of keys, allowing easy access at any time.

One of the rooms overlooked a main road, which resulted in traffic noise throughout the night. the lack of air circulation due to the need to keep the window shut was inconvenient, especially in July.

The location was convenient, as it was just a 20-minute walk to the O2 arena. This was perfect for us, especially when there were events happening at the arena and other hotel prices were much higher. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. Additionally, the hotel was located right next to Greenwich North station, making it easy for us to explore the area and visit attractions using public transportation.

There was nothing we didn't like.
