We were pleasantly surprised by the gluten-free breakfast options provided for me as a guest with dietary restrictions. the power shower was a great perk, and the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. Despite a few minor inconveniences with the lack of a room mirror and Wi-Fi password issue, our stay was enjoyable and hassle-free. I'd recommend this hotel.

super clean rooms next to Anglers Retreat pub. awesome bathroom and comfy bed. loved the blackout curtains. staff went out of their way for a gluten-free breakfast.

The room was cozy with a well-stocked mini-fridge that had fresh milk, perfect for a chill evening. the bar had a unique parrot and despite the 7 pm food cutoff, they whipped up a tasty sausage, egg & chips upon request. the internet connection was a bit spotty, but overall, it didn't bug me too much.

The room was clean, the bed comfy, and the continental breakfast was a nice touch. Being near the reservoir and canal offered beautiful walks and views, perfect for a romantic escape.

The staff member's rudeness when I called at 11 pm was a major turn-off. the hassle of checking in due to bar queues and the lack of a designated key collection system made the experience less enjoyable.
