I had a fantastic week in the area, and this hotel added to the experience. The location for country walks and trips in the local area by car was ideal. I enjoyed exploring the beautiful countryside and visiting nearby attractions. The hotel facilities were up to standard, and the cleanliness of the rooms was impressive. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was excellent, providing a great start to the day.

As a budget traveler, I appreciated the good quality, gastro-pub type hot meal and local ale for a reasonable price. The friendly and helpful staff made me feel welcome, and the room in the annex at the back of the pub was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Despite the bad weather, the room was warm and cozy. The location in the countryside was peaceful and perfect for relaxation. The ample car park was a convenient bonus.

The overall cleanliness of the rooms and public areas was poor. There were cobwebs in the corners, and the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks.

I would definitely book here again.

The Babbling Brook is located very close to Hinckley power station, making it convenient for those working in the area. The pub offers a varied and imaginative menu, with well-prepared and presented dishes. You can also enjoy a good selection of real ales at the bar. The rooms are clean and well-presented, with tea/coffee facilities and towels/toiletries provided.

The continental breakfast is delivered to the room the night before at an extra cost, which may not be ideal for those who prefer a freshly prepared breakfast in the morning.

our recent date night stay in bridgwater exceeded expectations. babbling brook bed & breakfast was perfect! peaceful, comfortable rooms with easy access. amazing hosts who were accommodating and made our room ready early. delicious pub food and a continental breakfast option in the morning. fantastic experience overall!

I recently stayed at Babbling Brook for my studies in Cannington. The location was perfect, set in the quiet countryside. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The room in the annex was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The food in the pub was excellent, with a wide range of options including delicious steaks, burgers, and vegetarian dishes. The continental breakfast delivered to my room was a great start to the day. a fantastic experience.
