I recently stayed at The Bailey's Hotel in Kensington for 1 1/2 years and was delighted with my experience. The location is unbeatable, with the Gloucester Road tube station right opposite, making it convenient for Heathrow travelers. The staff, particularly Gary and Sonny, provided excellent service and were always ready to assist. The hotel itself is beautiful, with charming public spaces and spacious rooms. The breakfast was generous and delicious, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. The area also has all the amenities one could need within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel!

Conveniently located next to a tube station, quiet at night, cozy rooms with comfortable beds and necessary amenities. Close to cafes, supermarkets, and museums. Well-maintained hotel with lovely art deco features. Air dryer and iron provided in the spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff offered early check-in and storage for luggage.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was right outside a tube station in zone 1. This made it extremely easy for us to explore the city. We were also pleased to find out that there were plenty of shops, including Tesco, Waitrose, Boots, and KFC, directly opposite the hotel. The staff were wonderful and very helpful, allowing us to check in early and hold our luggage after check out. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as a hair dryer and iron.

We loved the location of this hotel, right next to the tube station and the bus stop for the Big Bus tour. It made getting around the city so easy and convenient. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large and cozy bed. We slept well during our three-night stay, thanks to the quiet atmosphere. The hotel itself had a lot of character and was beautifully decorated.
