Our stay at Barn Courtyard Bed & Breakfast was delightful. The room we stayed in had a modern and fresh feel, with a walk-in shower and comfortable furnishings. The bed was especially cozy, and the large wall-mounted TV added a nice touch. Despite some minor issues, such as the smart TV not connecting to the internet and the bathroom door banging against the wall, our overall experience was pleasant. The breakfast served in the restaurant had a wide variety of choices, and the full English option was simply delicious. We also appreciated the convenient location, as it was only a short distance from Donington Park, where we attended a British Super Bikes event. The off-road parking was ample, and the staff at the connected Horse restaurant and bar were friendly and accommodating. Despite the limited soundproofing and lack of alternative breakfast options, we had no major complaints. The cleanliness of the room and helpfulness of the staff made our stay worthwhile. I would highly recommend this B&B for its convenient location, modern amenities, and excellent breakfast.

The hotel was perfect for our overnight stop while traveling. The location was convenient and the parking was good. The rooms were of a very good standard, with a walk-in shower and comfortable beds. The basic amenities, like the mini fridge and coffee maker, were a nice touch. We also enjoyed a delicious cooked-to-order breakfast in the lovely surroundings of the restaurant.

The property was modern, clean, and had everything we needed. the staff, especially Jodie, were incredibly helpful and attentive. the full English breakfast was exceptional, setting us up for the day. Our room was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and had all our needs catered to. the location was perfect for visiting Loughborough Uni. We also enjoyed a delicious evening meal in the adjoining pub. we highly recommend staying here for a relaxing break.

We spent our Easter break at this lovely hotel and we were impressed with the great service we received from the staff. the hotel is conveniently located close to the city center and local attractions which made our stay even more enjoyable. our room was spacious and well-furnished, providing us with a comfortable and peaceful atmosphere.

The only negative aspect of our stay was that some of the staff appeared to be inexperienced and lacked knowledge of the hotel's facilities and amenities. Nonetheless, they were friendly and welcoming which helped mitigate this disadvantage.

Not only did it have a convenient location just off the M1, but it also provided guests with an excellent menu for evening meals and served an exceptional breakfast. With a variety of choices available, guests can start their day off right. The rooms were clean and comfortable, equipped with modern amenities, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

There was some noise from the rooms upstairs, which could be heard if you were staying on the ground floor.
