The room was clean and private, perfect for a one-night crash. the hosts were incredibly friendly and even let us borrow a phone charger. We loved the peaceful surroundings with cows and horses. Although there wasn't breakfast included, there was coffee and tea in the room and a restaurant just a short walk away. the price was reasonable and the location was convenient for exploring nearby tourist sites like Stirling Castle and Loch Katrine. a good place to stay with all the basics at a good price.

We had a wonderful family room with a cot, which was spacious and comfortable. The owner was very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location was great, with easy access to the main road and a pub chain across the street for convenience. The surrounding area was beautiful, with lovely pastures and horses that kept our children entertained. The room itself was clean and well-furnished, providing a pleasant stay for our family.

The Wi-Fi connection was not very reliable during our stay.

Our Christmas stay was amazing! the room was incredibly comfortable and spacious, perfect for a holiday getaway. the tea and coffee facilities in the room were a great touch, especially for late arrivals like ourselves. We also appreciated the clean and user-friendly bathroom, with a refreshing shower and ample space. Another advantage was the location, which allowed us easy access to key attractions in the area.

The lack of air conditioning in the room, which made it quite stuffy. Unfortunately, the window was unable to be opened due to an improper window treatment installation.

Down-to-earth host, lovely and clean room, beautiful surroundings, horses kept children entertained, reasonable price, spacious room with mini fridge and tea/coffee supplies.

Además, estábamos a poca distancia del tranvía, lo que facilitó nuestro desplazamiento por la ciudad. Además, nos gustó mucho la limpieza del hotel, tanto de las habitaciones como de las áreas comunes. we stayed at the barn lodge just off the motorway, which was perfect for our onward travel to skerray. it was a smaller hotel, so we had less disturbance from lots of guests. the family who ran the place were very nice and welcoming. one evening, we sat chatting with them across dinner tables about the area. the room was also very spacious and clean, and we were happy that our dog was allowed to stay with us. overall, it was a lovely and enjoyable experience.

We had a lovely relaxing time at Barn Lodge. The comfortable room we booked had twin beds, perfect for my adult daughter and me. We were thrilled that we could bring our two large dogs along, and there were plenty of walks for them nearby. Although we couldn't let them off the leash due to cows, we found a beautiful area just a short drive away. The room had everything we needed, with ample tea/coffee facilities and a great fridge for our own food. The Brewers Fayre restaurant at the top of the drive was a convenient option. a fantastic stay and we will definitely book again.

We stayed at The Barn Lodge for a few nights as a stopover on our journey to the Highlands. The location was perfect, just off the main road but surprisingly quiet, and there was a lovely public footpath behind a golf course for our dogs. The owner was very helpful and our room was spacious enough for three adults. We also appreciated the short walk to the nearby Premier Inn for food, and there was even a dog-friendly bar about half a mile away. We would definitely use The Barn Lodge again for future trips.

There was a small fridge, although it wasn't working. the main light could be improved, but the window provided good lighting. the WiFi was excellent, allowing us to connect multiple devices. the location was quiet, with a pub nearby for meals. the owner was friendly and allowed us to park our bikes securely outside our door. a convenient and enjoyable stay at Barn Lodge.
